The Prologue

Strategic life coaching is executive-style coaching for what comes after arrival—when the goals you hit stop telling you what you should want next.

Your Focus Areas

Rather than forcing you into a rigid curriculum, in strategic life coaching, we focus each Chapter of coaching on what is actually relevant to your life right now. We will focus on what’s working, what needs a serious edit, and where you want more intention. Depending on what your life is calling for, our drafts together might explore:

How Life Coaching Works

Editor’s Note

You have spent years flawlessly executing a script written by someone else’s expectations. You did a brilliant job of it, but if the plot feels a little exhausting, it is simply because you have outgrown the narrative.

You are the author of what happens next. Let’s grab a red pen, cross out the obligations that no longer serve you, and write a chapter you actually want to live.
