The Marriage Prep Program is structured, evidence-based approach to premarital counseling. This is not about searching for problems with a red pen; it’s about building your marriage on purpose before the pressure of real life tests what you have established.

The First Draft

Before your first session, you’ll each complete the PREPARE online relationship assessment separately to help identify your strength and growth areas as a couple.

The Revisions

We come together for four 90-minute sessions to walk you through what your assessment surfaces. You will discover where3 you are beautifully aligned, where you are not quite there yet, and where you need a plan instead of an assumption. I’ll also bring my expertise working with married couples in therapy to give you the tools you need before you hit road bumps.

The Final Polish

You will leave with a couples workbook and custom growth assignments built specifically around your relationship, rather than relying on a generic curriculum. You’ll have a clear vision for your marriage and KPIs (key partnership indicators) you can track in your first year of marriage to ensure you start strong.

  • Deciding who does what on purpose, instead of by default.

  • Navigating in-laws, traditions, and two families becoming one.

  • Building the physical and emotional closeness marriage is meant to hold.
